New England's Spring and been unusually chilly.  And the sewing machine I use for my quilting has been in the shop getting its annual Spring Clean.  So I had time to work on some other projects, including knitting two cats.

The Siamese, above, was knit using the Siamese Cat Pattern by Barbara Prime. I purchased the pattern from Ravelry.  She also has a website, fuzzymitten.com.  It went together easily.  She's getting a lacy dress that a friend is knitting for her.

Then using the same pattern, I made some variations of my own and knit up a black and white Tuxedo cat. She's wearing a skirt I made using South African Shweshwe fabric. The bright, bold print is perfect with her black and white scheme!

They are lots of fun to knit!
